1. Agreement to Terms

By booking any activity with Nengo Water Sports, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make a booking.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received
• You will receive a booking reference number via email and WhatsApp
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices are per session unless otherwise stated
• Drone photography is an optional add-on for most activities
• A $60 hotel transfer fee applies for guests outside Kendwa
• Prices are subject to change without notice — confirmed bookings are honoured at the price paid

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Halo Pesa, and Mixx by Yas, all processed securely via Snippe. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Health & Safety

• All guests must follow the safety briefing provided before each activity
• Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Nengo Water Sports reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Life jackets are provided and must be worn as instructed

7. Liability

Nengo Water Sports takes every precaution to ensure guest safety. However, water sports activities involve inherent risks. By booking, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that Nengo Water Sports is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.

8. Weather & Cancellations by Us

We monitor weather conditions daily. If we determine conditions are unsafe for an activity, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds for weather postponements — only rescheduling.

9. Drone Photography

• Drone footage is delivered digitally after your activity
• By booking drone services, you consent to aerial photography and video of yourself and your group
• Nengo Water Sports may use drone footage for marketing unless you opt out in writing before your activity

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking governs your reservation.
