Booking Terms & Safety Rules

1. Age Requirements

• Jet Car: Minimum age 16 years (under 18 requires parental consent)
• Jet Ski: Minimum age 16 years (under 18 requires parental consent)
• Clear Kayak: Suitable for all ages
• Water Bike: Suitable for all ages
• Parasailing: Minimum age 10 years
• Horse Riding: Minimum age 5 years (younger children on request)
• Quad Bike: Minimum age 18 years
• Sea Turtles: Suitable for all swimmers
• Yacht Cruise: Suitable for all ages

2. Weight & Health Restrictions

• Parasailing: Maximum combined weight of 140kg for tandem flights
• Jet Car & Jet Ski: Maximum weight per rider 120kg
• Guests who are pregnant should not participate in Jet Car, Jet Ski, or Parasailing
• Guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, or back injuries should consult a doctor before booking high-speed activities
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate — no refund applies

3. Safety Rules — All Activities

• All guests must attend the full safety briefing before their activity
• Life jackets must be worn at all times as instructed by guides
• Instructions from certified guides must be followed at all times
• Guests must inform guides of any medical conditions before the activity
• Swimming ability is required for all water activities unless otherwise specified
• Do not operate equipment under the influence of alcohol or substances

4. Safety Rules — Jet Car & Jet Ski

• Maintain a safe distance from other watercraft at all times
• Follow the guide's route and speed instructions
• Do not attempt jumps, sharp turns, or manoeuvres not demonstrated by the guide
• Guests assume responsibility for damage caused by reckless operation

5. Safety Rules — Horse Riding

• No prior riding experience required — our guides will assist beginners
• Follow all instructions from the horse guide at all times
• Do not make sudden loud noises or movements that may startle the horses
• Closed-toe shoes are recommended

6. Safety Rules — Sea Turtles

• Do not touch, chase, or disturb the sea turtles
• Observe from a respectful distance as instructed
• This is a natural ocean environment — wildlife behaviour is unpredictable

7. Drone Photography Rules

• Our drone operator will direct guests for optimal shots
• Please follow positioning instructions for the best footage
• Footage is delivered digitally after your activity — usually same day
• By booking drone services, you consent to being photographed and filmed from the air
• Opt out of marketing use: notify us before your activity starts

8. Hotel Transfer Rules

• Be ready at your hotel lobby at the agreed pickup time
• Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you are running late
• Free transfer applies to Kendwa guests on drone packages
• $60 transfer fee applies for all other areas
• Missed transfers due to guest lateness are non-refundable

9. Valuables & Personal Items

• Leave valuables in your hotel safe before coming to your activity
• Nengo Water Sports is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during activities
• Waterproof phone cases are strongly recommended for all water activities
• Wear comfortable swimwear or quick-dry clothing

10. Photography & Marketing Consent

Nengo Water Sports may photograph or film guests during activities for marketing purposes on social media and our website. By booking, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing before your activity. Drone footage delivered to you is yours to keep and share.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Nengo Water Sports reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11b. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are eligible for an 80% refund. The remaining 20% is retained by Nengo Water Sports as a non-refundable booking fee covering payment processing, guide reservation, and administrative costs. See the full Refund Policy for details.

12. Emergency Procedures

• In case of emergency, alert your guide immediately
• Emergency contact: +255 761 511 647
• All guides are trained in basic first aid and water rescue
• Do not panic — stay calm and follow guide instructions

13. Agreement

By proceeding with your booking and checking the agreement box on the payment page, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood all of the above terms and safety rules
• You (and all members of your group) meet the age and health requirements
• You agree to follow all instructions from Nengo Water Sports guides
• You accept the risks inherent in water sports activities
